Welcome to the DeskArtes Online Shop.

Ordering software through the DeskArtes Online Shop is easy and safe. You will complete a simple three step ordering process and when ready you will be transferred to the secure pages of the Credit Card company (Luottokunta) for filling in the actual credit card information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard and American Express.

Your local credit card authorizer may have additional security conditions. Please check these details before the purchase:

Some companies require that you explicitly register your card for Internet payments.
If you are using a VISA card: your card issuer may have given you a Verified by VISA code. If you have been given this code it is required for the payment.
If you are using a MasterCard or EuroCard: if you have received the MasterCard SecureCode from your card issuer it is required for the payment.

The Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode passwords are checked by your card issuer.

Step 1: Fill in your order
Fill in your ordering information and select product options. When ready press "Next".
Step 2: Check your order
Please check that your ordering information is correct. Then press "PAY" to continue to the Credit Card company pages.
Step 3: At the Credit Card company
Please fill in the credit card information as required. When ready remember to press "ACCEPT" button to finalize the purchase. You can also cancel the order by pressing "CANCEL". Please note that JavaScript must be enabled for a successful credit card payment. After returning to the DeskArtes Online Shop a receipt is sent to the email address you gave in the first step and details of the transaction are shown.
Purchase processing
Processing your purchase can take up to 48 hours at DeskArtes. You will automatically receive a license to the software if you filled in the System ID field in your Online order. The System ID can be found from the Help/About DeskArtes dialog after installing the software. If you have not given the System ID for the license you will be contacted by sales@deskartes.com. for the license details within the next 48 hours. Remember to fill in full ordering information for easy post order license generation.
Before continuing to the purchase
Have you performed the following steps to ensure that the software works properly:
- Downloaded the software and installed it?
- Thoroughly tested the software using the free 30-day evaluation license?
